Abstract : Periodic motor vehicle testers are prone to occupational health and safety issues when conducting public vehicle feasibility checks and vehicle test equipment feasibility. This study looks at the influence of behavior on occupational health and safety with social media mediation in Indonesia. Data obtained from 180 respondents were used for this study. Quickly adjust, continue to innovate and develop creativity, provide opportunities for various parties to contribute, and are open to working together to produce added value for "Behavior." Improve technical communication skills and Increase literacy and information sharing for "Social Media Users." Descriptive analysis and bootstrapping estimate the influence or relationship of social media behavior and users on occupational health and safety. Behavior and utilization of social media impact occupational health and safety. Behavior towards occupational health and safety was 0.032 (low), social media towards occupational health and safety was 0.161 (medium), and behavior towards occupational health and safety mediated by social media use was 0.048 (high). Conduct is a severe problem for periodic Testing of the viability of motor vehicle test equipment. This can be seen from the influence or low relationship with appropriate behavior, and using social media will increase understanding and application of occupational health and safety standards for periodic testing officers and inspectors of motor vehicle test equipment in the workplace. These results suggest that examiners and policymakers take a rare strategic view of the subject.
