Abstract : Ecosystem stability greatly determines biodiversity in a water area, including the waters of Bolok Beach (Mumutula and Baliana). This research aims to determine the level of species diversity, evenness index, dominance index, and stability of the Bolok coastal ecosystem based on the values of the species diversity index, evenness index, and dominance index. This research uses the line transect method by placing quadrants on each transect. The research results showed that 52 species of mollusks were found on Bolok Beach, the species diversity index was in the high category (H' > 3), the evenness index was high (0.75 ≤ E < 1), and the dominance index was low (0 ≤ C < 0.5). Based on the values of the species diversity index, evenness index, and dominance index, it can be concluded that the Bolok coastal ecosystem is in stable condition.
